What better way to demonstrate radiobiology principles in a relevant and visual way than aligning it with actual events.

Leading Questions

Questions on specific radiobiology concepts, covered in previous weeks, were asked to coincide with the events happening in the movie. This is meant to strengthen and draw association between theory (book) and application (events).

Course Project Rubric

The course project was to report on a radiobiologic disaster event. Because of the Chernobyl exercise, they are now able to imitate the analysis we’ve done and ask the questions needed to properly evaluate an event with radiobiology principles in mind. I created this rubric to ensure that that the students demonstrate the behavior and knowledge to master the course.
