An Onboarding Experience
The Challenge: High turnover; previously ineffective onboarding and training; niched role and industry (no prior OPO experience); transition to the new role is long, losing productivity time; 3 Hospital Development teams in differently locations to function as a more cohesive team.
The Solution: A comprehensive, structured, sustainable, consistent, and targeted onboarding experience for the Hospital Development team. The experience is a series of 4 e-learning modules with self-paced knowledge checks/activities and worksheets that must be submitted and discussed with preceptors/managers.
The e-learning modules that are non-specific to the role can also be used as an onboarding tool for non-clinical and other clinical staff!















I designed and developed a user-friendly Sharepoint page for the team with a specific subsite for onboarding information.
