Learn Center Resources

Having been previously involved with implementation of large-scale IT and training programs, I knew that documentation and just-in-time information is extremely important in a successful Go Live of any initiative (change management). I took the initiative to create a Learn Center Resources SharePoint page for the training department. First, as a go-to for Cornerstone help articles but I also included any other information and services that the training team offers.

JIRA Help Desk

Perhaps the most important part of any change management process is making sure that users have a way to receive help. I recommended to my manager that we should set up our own support ticketing account for Cornerstone. I worked with IT in creating our account. I trained the rest of my team on how to use the JIRA system, established and communicated processes to users.
